We respect the house rules

We steer clear of courses that prohibit automation, and we honor per-account limits and human-like pacing everywhere we work. If a course asks us to stop, we stop for that course, the same day.

Your credentials, guarded

Logins and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest with per-record keys, decrypted only in the moment of booking, and never logged in the clear. Cancel and we delete them.

LockedTee comes from a small team that has spent ten years building robotic process automation for companies where a missed step costs real money, the last three of those years in applied AI. We know how to make a machine do a precise thing at a precise instant, reliably, and recover on its own when a website changes underneath it.

The booking engine started as a private tool: one of us kept losing his weekend tee time to the rush the second booking opened. So we pointed the same technology we build for our day jobs at the problem. It now beats the rush every week, and members wake up to a booked round instead of a sold-out screen.

The honest answers.

We are a personal booking concierge, not a reseller. We book the time you are entitled to book, on your own account, for you to play. Crackdowns in the news target brokers who hoard and flip slots. That is not us and never will be. We also stay away from courses that ban automation, and we honor each course's account limits.
We sync to the course's server clock, pre-warm before the window, and commit the instant the sheet opens, locking the closest open slot to your target within seconds of the window going live. Prime slots vanish in seconds, so those seconds are the entire product.
Demand is outside our control, so we never promise a specific slot. But you only pay the per-booking fee when we actually land a booking, and if our system misses a window it was scheduled to hit because of our own fault, that fee is waived and we credit you. We keep timestamped attempt logs so there is always a clear record.
Your credentials are encrypted at rest with per-record keys and decrypted only in memory at the moment of booking, never logged in plain text. For two-factor we prefer an authenticator seed you provide (so we can generate codes autonomously) or a trusted-device session captured once at onboarding. Some courses need you to tap a code in the moment, and we will tell you up front if yours is one of them.
No. You always pay green fees and club dues directly to the course, on your own account, exactly as you do today. We only handle the reservation. That separation is deliberate and keeps everything clean.
Yes. Manage or cancel from a self-serve portal whenever you like, and every booking we make comes with a one-tap skip or cancel link in the confirmation text. No phone tree, no retention maze.
